Multiphoton microscopy deep learning classification paper
A paper entitled “Analysis on the characterization of multiphoton microscopy images for malignant neoplastic colon lesion detection under deep learning methods” has been recently published at the Journal of Pathology Informatics (doi: 10.4103/jpi.jpi_113_20)
This work presents a novel multiphoton microscopy (MPT) public dataset containing 14,712 images from 42 patients. A deep learning method is proposed for automatic extraction of imaging biomarkers and performing classification of malign lesions versus benign lesions.
