Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) classifier algorithm paper
A paper entitled “Characterization of Optical Coherence Tomography Images for Colon Lesion Differentiation under Deep Learning” has been recently published at MDPI Applied Sciences, Machine Learning/Deep Learning in Medical Image Processing special issue (doi: https://doi.org/10.3390/app11073119)
This work presents results of the OCT classifier algorithm with a preliminary version of the murine ex-vivo OCT database of the PICCOLO project. Additional results will be described in future ongoing publications.
